My name is Puthika Vibol and I’m currently a senior at CIA First. I am very honoured to serve as your head chair for this committee. As this will mark as my last ever conference, I hope to help guide all of you towards an engaging, diplomatic and meaningful debate. Remember, the purpose of this debate isn’t simply just to “win” against another. You’re here to make a change, create solutions in the future that you hold in your hands. You all hold the potential to influence real change, so I heavily encourage you take this chance to make most out of this chance as a delegate. I look forward to the committee working together towards a fruitful debate and take pleasure in the collaborative process as we tackle these global issues. Greetings Delegates,
I am Navya, currently a freshman at NISC. I'm honored to be serving as your deputy chair for JGA1. This conference, we will be exploring and debating on extremely intriguing topics which address current global issues and evoke multiple different perspectives, hence developing a consensus that we will eventually come to over the period of the 2 days during the conference. This is my 6th conference, however, I vividly remember my first experience, in a JGA, where I was quivering and shivering, hoping to get through the first day as soon as possible. I completely understand and empathize with those who are beginners or challenging themselves with public speaking in this MUN, as their first. I'm extremely excited to mark your chair reports so make sure it's on time! Furthermore, I anticipate enthusiastic contributions and fruitful debates from you guys, try your best and good luck!
