Hello delegates!
My name is Sokunnita (Nita) and I'm currently a sophomore at CIA First International School. I am honored to be your Head Chair for HRC here at NISCMUN26. Whether this is your first ever MUN or your tenth, I want to make our committee into a space where you feel comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and challenging yourself (getting out of your comfort zones.) My goal is to make HRC into a supportive, engaging, and an enjoyable environment where everyone grows throughout the conference. It could be learning about other countries' stances, or coming into a consensus after a hard negotiation. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me. As we dive into the world’s most pressing global humanitarian rights issues I believe through the power of diplomacy, we will make meaningful progress one clause at a time.
